By purchasing or engaging in any service offered by Detailers Movement, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Marketing Usage Agreement
By using our services, you grant Detailers Movement the right to feature your business and its marketing performance (such as advertisements, case studies, or testimonials) in our promotional materials, including website, social media, and other marketing channels, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2. Payment & Fulfillment Terms
To initiate services, a non-refundable payment is required based on the service package chosen. In the event that you are unable to fulfill any agreed-upon financial or service-related commitments, you may be subject to the following:
- Payment Plan: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of services unless a mutually agreed-upon payment plan is established.
- Website Ownership: Clients who wish to own the website created for them must remain in good financial standing and continue services with Detailers Movement according to the following packages:
- Silver SEO Package: After 12 months of continuous service with Detailers Movement.
- Gold SEO Package: After 6 months of continuous service with Detailers Movement.
- If you wish to leave before this duration, you must pay a fee to transfer the website of $1500, for which you will then have full ownership.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All service fees are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation, dissatisfaction, or unused service time. This includes deposits, monthly fees, and any other payments made to Detailers Movement.
4. Service Suspension and Termination
Failure to comply with these terms, including but not limited to failure to meet payment obligations, may result in the suspension or termination of services. In such cases, Detailers Movement reserves the right to discontinue services until all outstanding amounts are paid or other agreements are made.
5. Modifications to Terms
Detailers Movement reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or direct communication. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
